Beautiful Parasporos Beach, just 3 km south of Parikia, is justifiably one the most popular beaches on the island of Paros. Tucked in a sheltered bay, the long, sandy beach offers an ideal swimming, sunbathing and sporting locale prized by both residents and visitors alike.
The beach of Agios Fokas is situated at a distance of some 6 kilometers far from Paroikia at the North, very close to the homonymous cape at the entrance of the bay of Paroikia. Very close to the beach it is found the small twin church of Agios Sostis and Analipsi, where on the feast of Analipsi it takes place a local feast (“panighyri”).
