The closest international airports are Kos (IATA: KGS) or Samos (IATA: SMI) islands which are located one hour away from Leros island by speedboat.
Leros Marina, located at the best part of Lakki bay. This bay used to be an Italian naval station and aeronautic base for the whole of the Eastern Mediterranean during the Italian possession of the Dodecanese Islands. It is completely protected from all winds, including the Sirocco.
The modernly accommodated area is divided in a marina with 220 berths, 5 floating pontoons equipped with mooring lines, electricity and water and a fully equipped boatyard with spaces for up to 600 boats. A newly constructed external quay, on the east side of the marina, accommodates mega yachts up to 50 meters.
