Kerveli is a cove that offers better protection than Mourtia. The bottom is rather foul with lots trash including beer cans, oars, and tires. Also, at about 8-10 m depth there are some large underwater rocks that with variable winds can foul your chain.

Mikri Lakka is about 1 Mile South of Mourtia, there is a nice deserted cove that affords fairly good protection from the meltemi. Anchor in 5 m over sand and some weed.

The monastery of the Holy Cross is located in the east-central part of Samos island. First built in 1582, the monastery is one of the oldest religious constructions of the Island.

Malagari winery, is situated a short distance from the town of Vathi. It serves the whole island, along with Karlovasi winery.

A fishing shelter sized 80 X 60 m, has been built at the end of the quayed southeast shores of the port of Samos. The entrance is 30-meter wide, it is set to the northwest and lights exhibit from each of the entrance’s sides.

Lemonakia (the word means small lemons in Greek) is a rather small beach, 400 meters long, with pebbles; the sea is not very deep and very clean but, as it happens with many of the beaches at the northern coast, it is not protected from the northern winds that raise high waves when blowing. The beach is found at a distance of some 12 kilometers northwestern to the town of Samos, a bit off the circular road of the northern coast connecting the town of Samos with Karlovasi, in short distance after Kokkari and beside the beach of Tsamadou.

Megali Lakka is found in the Eastern department of Samos, 7 km roughly from the city. Is good for fishing but the access in this becomes only from the sea with boat.

The beach is situated at a distance of some 15 kilometers northwestern to the capital town of Samos and 3 kilometers before arriving to Aghios Constantinos, a bit off the circular road of the northern coast connecting the town of Samos with Karlovasi.

It is found some 2 kilometers before arriving to Aghios Constantinos, half kilometer off the circular road of the northern coast that connects the town of Samos with Karlovasi.

The sea is not very deep and as the beach is located within the bay of Pythagorio, it is well protected from the winds.

The 3000 long beach of Potokaki and Doryssa is situated in front of the homonymous well known tourist resort, at a distance of some 14 kilometers southwestern to the town of Samos and 3-4 kilometers western to Pythagorio. It is a beach with sand and pebbles and the sea is not very deep; as it is found within the bay of Pythagorio, at the southeastern coast of the island, it is well protected from the winds.

The rather small, only 400 meters long, beach of Ireon, pebbly and partly sandy, is situated at a distance of 17 kilometers southwestern to the town of Samos and 6 kilometers western to Pythagorio.
