The 400-meters-long pebbly beach of Tsamadou is situated some 12,5 kilometers far from the town of Samos at the Northwest; the sea is very clean and not very deep, but it is not protected from the northern winds that raise high waves when blowing. The beach is found a bit off the circular road of the northern coast connecting the town of Samos with Karlovasi, in short distance after Kokkari. Accommodation is possible both close to the beach and in the area around and there is a seafront tavern at the beach for full meals, snacks and refreshments before or after swimming. The beach is well enough organized with facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sea beds, umbrellas). From the town of Samos you will reach the beach by private means (car and motorbikes). You will leave your vehicle some 200 meters before arriving to the beach and continue on foot via a small path leading to the sea.
