The Myconian villa follows the traditional standards of the Cycladic architecture
The house, with total area of â€‹â€‹250sqm, is part of a two-housing complex built on an off plan land, located in Agios Petros, Ano Mera Mykonos. The main access is made by the road approaching the house from the north side and and the back of the building. Guests park in a specially designed indoor area, descend some stairs and enter the house through a vaulted roofed entrance, towards axially to the living area and the dining room. Through the openings that dominate the whole interior the view to the sea is unobstructed.
The house is arranged on four levels, following the natural slope of the area. From the intermediate altitude level of entry, living, dining and kitchen and through the center-mounted staircase, one can move to the private spaces of the house. The bedroom of the couple with the bath placed at the highest level, enjoys unobstructed views of the sea, the two children's bedrooms with exclusive bathrooms are on the lower level, with direct access to the surroundings. Two guest houses, functionally independent from the rest of the house, running ahead and arranged at a lower elevation level. Overlooking the sea, the pool repeats the curved shape of the natural sea â€‹â€‹bay that lies in front, and with strong elements of architecture composition, perfectly harmonized with the structural curvatures of the Myconian architecture. The free shape and the morphology created is transferred to the curved seating in contact with the waterfall pool, at a lower slightly level. The covered area connecting the pool to the main rooms of the house is strategically positioned and thoroughly protected from the strong winds. Inside the house, the kitchen and bathrooms, and the general furnishings, follow abstract line (minimal), leaving to run unhindered by simple form of tumors of the building's architecture. The house morphologically follows the traditional standards of the Cycladic architecture. The contoured individual whites tumors are composed with plasticity and seem to be arranged arbitrarily, but in reality in a way resulting from turning curvature and the elevation of lines from the natural soil. The dominant white color superstructure is supported by the stone base of the lower level of the home and the configuration of the surroundings. By using the stone of the region, the building and the construction is fully integrated within the environment.

It is quite difficult to access Fokos beach due to lack of adequate signalling, but after ten minutes driving through a dirt road and by following the signs to Ano Mera you will get there. It is a small bay with deep waters located in the north of Mykonos and surrounded by steep rocks.
